The foreign ministry said that the United States should realize that its relations with Russia should be based on equality. "We urge the US to realize that there is no alternative to building relations with our country on the basis of fundamental principles of equality and mutual consideration of interests. Washington should draw appropriate practical conclusions from the current situation," said the Russian diplomatic mission.
