«Recently, such a phenomenon as anti-Islamic terrorism has become a serious problem. As a result, the emergence of cold-blooded killer psychopaths who are plotting to kill Muslims is becoming an alarming trend not only for Europe, but, as the tragedy in New Zealand has shown, for the whole world», he noted.

 

 

It is known that during the speech, Bortnikov also has claimed that, despite the almost complete defeat in Syria and Iraq, the international terrorist groups ISIL and Al-Qaeda (both prohibited in the Russian Federation) still pose a serious threat.
