During the state visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the United Arab Emirates, Russian companies signed a number of cooperation agreements with companies from the UAE.
In particular, Rosatom State Corporation and the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation signed a Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
Lukoil and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company signed a similar document on the Ghasha gas field.
The Russian Direct Investment Fund also signed cooperation agreements with these companies.
RDIF, in turn, also signed an agreement with the Mubadala Investment Company on cooperation in the implementation of national projects, including in the field of artificial intelligence.
