Another victim of the bus explosion died in hospital in Voronezh, Governor Alexander Gusev said in his Telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that 19 people were injured in the explosion on the bus, one woman, who was seriously injured, died the day before in intensive care.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article on the performance of works or rendering of services not meeting the safety requirements. Head of department Alexander Bastrykin sent criminalists and investigators to Voronezh, the central office took the investigation under control.
The National Anti-Terrorism Committee noted that they were working on various versions of what happened.
