Aeroflot Airlines plans to significantly increase the volume of passenger traffic to Turkey and China. General Director of the company Sergei Alexandrovski told reporters. The company plans to offer air tickets as part of a tourist product on several routes.

"We plan a significant increase in the volume (of flights to Turkey - by TASS) this year both on the Moscow market and the regional one", said Alexandrovski. - "We plan to seriously perform in the segment of tourist transportation. By 2023 we plan to transport more than 3 million passengers on regular flights within the framework of a complex tour package, including more than 1 million passengers on domestic flights. Sochi and Minvody will account for significant volume of domestic flights, while Turkey, Egypt, Phuket and Enfidha (Tunisia) may appear on international routes. Now we are choosing a partner tour operator."

According to him, the number of flights to different cities in China may increase from three to seven frequencies a week. Aeroflot in February plans to increase the number of flights to some Chinese cities, such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing.

"There will be an increase in flights from Moscow on existing routes to China. We're now increasing to three flight frequency on almost all of them, potentially considering an increase to seven, but this will depend on demand. In addition, we plan to expand the flight to China from Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok and Khabarovsk," said the airline general director.
