Russia received the right to supply sweets and cookies to Morocco

Russia and Morocco have agreed on a veterinary certificate for vegetable and food products exported from Russia that do not fall under the requirements of mandatory veterinary certification, which include sweets and cookies, the message of the Department reads.


"The Rosselkhoznadzor and the Ministry of Agriculture and marine fisheries of the Kingdom of Morocco have agreed on a veterinary certificate for vegetable products exported from Russia to Morocco, products of plant origin and food products that are not subject to mandatory veterinary certification," the report says.


Thus, cookie sticks, candies and cookies exported from Russia to Morocco can be accompanied by such a certificate, provided that there is a conclusion issued by an accredited laboratory on the compliance of the exported products with the requirements of the importing country.


Russia and Morocco have agreed on veterinary certificates, in particular, for the supply of meat, meat production, offal, edible eggs and processed products, as well as for milk and dairy products.
