Moscow plans to hold Tehran Culture and Tourism Days, giving residents the opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage of Iran. This was announced by Yevgeny Kozlov, First Deputy Head of the Mayor's Office and Chairman of Moscow’s Committee for Tourism, during a meeting between the Tehran City Hall, Moscow's Tourism Committee, and the Department of Culture.

"I propose we consider holding Tehran Culture and Tourism Days in Moscow, to fully showcase the culture, including family values [...] We are ready to be partners in organizing these days in Moscow. Let's start planning," said Kozlov.

He also mentioned that another major tourism event is set to take place in Tehran next year, where Moscow's cultural ensembles may also perform.

He noted the success of the first BRICS Tourism Forum held in Moscow this past summer, adding, "Since it was held in June, 600 tourists from Iran have already visited Moscow."
