The International Forum "Education in a Multipolar World" will take place on November 28-29 at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) in Moscow. Organizers announced that the event will bring together government officials, business leaders, and international experts to discuss enhancing higher education quality, integrating modern technologies into curricula, and preparing graduates for the workforce in a multipolar global landscape.
Key speakers include representatives from Russia's Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as well as university leaders from Russia, Iran, Algeria, and Brazil. Participants from over 30 countries—such as India, the UK, Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia, and Uzbekistan—will join the forum. In total, delegates from more than 160 countries are expected to attend.
RUDN University Rector Oleg Yastrebov highlighted the institution's unique expertise in preparing highly qualified professionals globally, tailored to both international trends and regional specifics. "From its foundation, RUDN has designed educational programs that align with the needs of the nations we serve. We constantly monitor global changes to remain competitive and attract students who now prioritize world rankings when choosing a university," Yastrebov explained.
First Vice-Rector Yulia Ebseeva emphasized the forum's international significance. "Bringing together representatives from over 160 countries, this forum strengthens collaboration among universities and cultural organizations worldwide. We aim to create an environment for sharing knowledge, developing innovative approaches, and defining strategic directions for international cooperation in education," she stated.
The forum promises to serve as a platform for fostering global dialogue on educational innovation and collaboration in a rapidly evolving world.
