Russian Railways (RZD) and the Russian Humanitarian Mission (RHM) have supplied modern equipment to educational institutions in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan as part of a long-term project in line with RZD’s overseas humanitarian development concept and with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo.
Equipment was delivered to:
Specialized School No. 180 in the Shaykhontohur district of Tashkent and the Tashkent Transport College (Uzbekistan)
Vocational School No. 97 for railway workers in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan)
College of Transport and Communications in Almaty (Kazakhstan)
RHM’s press service noted that, since 2023, joint support has been provided to educational institutions abroad where Russian is the language of instruction. Large shipments of equipment, computers and textbooks have been delivered to schools in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
