Hamas Rejects Foreign Forces in Gaza Under Any Circumstances

05 July

The Palestinian movement Hamas has categorically rejected plans for the deployment of foreign forces in the Gaza Strip, refusing to accept external interference in the management of the Palestinian enclave's future. This stance was outlined in a statement released on the radical movement's Telegram channel.

According to the statement, Hamas "reiterates its strong opposition to any projects or proposals that disregard the Palestinian people's right to self-determination in the governance of the Gaza Strip, as well as any statements suggesting the potential invasion of the enclave by foreign forces under any pretext whatsoever."
