Kozak emphasized the key role of Jeenbekov for stabilization in Kyrgyzstan

Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy head of the presidential administration, stressed the key role of the head of the Kyrgyz state in creating conditions for stabilization of the situation in the republic during the talks with Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov on Monday, the message of the Russian Embassy in Bishkek distributed on Tuesday reads.


"During the meeting [of Kozak] with President Sooronbay Jeenbekov the key role of the head of state in creating conditions for further sustainable development of the country was emphasized," the statement says.


Russian diplomats informed that Kozak's visit to Bishkek was ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is also reported that, in addition to the political situation in the republic, the parties discussed the further development of Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation.
