Malaysia’s Supreme Ruler Sultan Ibrahim expressed his appreciation to President Vladimir Putin during their meeting at the Kremlin.
“Thank you for your warm welcome. It’s truly an honor to be here with you in Moscow,” Sultan Ibrahim said. “Meeting you has always been a dream of mine, and I am genuinely grateful for your invitation.”
He went on to praise Putin’s leadership, saying, “You have guided your country through very challenging times. In those moments, your vision and resilience as a leader have truly stood out.”
