Russia and Turkey continue to cooperate across a wide range of areas, with regular, high-level dialogue between their leaders, according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
“Our relations with Ankara cover many aspects and they keep developing. Dialogue between us remains active,” Peskov said in response to a TASS inquiry.
He highlighted that just last week, the two countries’ foreign ministers held talks, and Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko paid an official visit to Ankara.
“There’s no shortage of high-level contacts,” Peskov added, stressing that expert-level and working-level discussions are also ongoing.
The dialogue between Moscow and Ankara has never stopped, and it continues to this day, he concluded.
