Putin assessed the prospects for cooperation with Kyrgyzstan

Russian President Vladimir Putin at the launch ceremony of the Talas gold mine expressed the hope that the joint efforts that Russia and Kyrgyzstan undertaking in the economy will continue to promote the implementation of major industrial projects that are economically beneficial to both sides.


"The implementation of this important joint project will be a symbol of the successful development of the multifaceted mutually beneficial Russian-Kyrgyz partnership and the strong friendship between our peoples," Putin said speaking by video link.
The head of state noted that this is fully consistent with the spirit of agreements reached during the recent working visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov to Moscow.

 

 

"I hope that all the efforts that we are making together to cooperate together in the economic field, those funds that were previously also directed at making Kyrgyzstan a full member of our economic association EAEU... will continue to contribute to the implementation of large industrial projects that are economically beneficial to both sides," Putin added.
