Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu led an interagency delegation in talks with Indonesia’s Defense Minister Shafri Shamsuddin, according to TASS.
On February 25, as part of his official visit to Indonesia, Shoigu arrived at the country’s Ministry of Defense, where he was welcomed with an honorary ceremony before beginning discussions. Following the meeting, both sides exchanged commemorative gifts.
Shoigu landed in Indonesia on February 24, with scheduled meetings with top officials to discuss key aspects of bilateral relations, focusing on security and defense, as well as cooperation in other areas of mutual interest.
