After the end of the military campaign in Afghanistan, Washington should draw a conclusion about the inadmissibility of interfering in the affairs of other states, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday at a press conference following talks with Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg.

"The most important conclusion is the following: we must not teach anyone how to live, let alone coerce them by force. We have seen how the Americans wanted to make everybody live the way they thought they should in Libya, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan," Lavrov said. - "Everyone should deal with his own problems, there are enough of them in every country".

After the US actions in the aforementioned countries, the threat of terrorism has increased in the world, the volume of drug traffic has increased, migration problems have intensified, including in Europe, the head of the Russian MFA.

"There is no need to interfere in affairs of others. There is no need to use force in violation of the UN Charter," the minister concluded.
