Azali Assoumani, President of the Union of the Comoros and Chairman of the African Union, expressed Africa's readiness to engage in cooperation with Russia across various domains.
"We look forward to close cooperation, given the abundance of our human and natural resources, the dynamics of our continent, and the labor force that we have. It is clear to us that Russia has a special place in partnership with us, and we are ready to work on all major topics in cooperation with Russia," he said.
