Algeria will be represented by Prime Minister Ayman Benabderrahmane at the upcoming Russia-Africa summit in St. Petersburg, according to a diplomatic source cited by TASS.
The source reminded that Algeria's president had visited Russia in June, participating in the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The second Russia-Africa summit and economic forum is scheduled for July 27-28 in St. Petersburg, building upon the success of the inaugural event held in Sochi in October 2019 under the theme of "For Peace, Security and Development."
