Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov has arrived in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on an official visit. During his stay, he is scheduled to inspect Russian military infrastructure facilities located within the country, according to a statement from the Russian Defense Ministry.
The ministry added that the visit will also include talks with Tajikistan's military and political leadership.
Upon his arrival at Dushanbe International Airport, Minister Belousov was welcomed by Tajik Defense Minister Colonel General Emomali Sobirzoda and the Chief of the General Staff of the Republic's Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Bobojon Saidzoda.
