Bogdanov discussed preparations for the Russia-Africa summit with the Ambassador of Benin

Meeting between the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and the Ambassador of Benin to Moscow Noukpo Clement Kiki took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

 


According to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, during the conversation, actual issues of the further development of traditionally friendly Russian-Benin relations, including the expansion of cooperation in political, trade, economic, humanitarian and other fields, were discussed.

 

 


Some aspects of the preparation for the Russia-Africa summit in Sochi this year in Sochi were also touched upon separately.

 

 


Benin is a state in West Africa. As for the religious composition of the population, Christians make up 42.8%, Muslims - 24.4%, voodooists - 17.3%, adherents of other religions - 15.5%
