Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu sent a congratulatory message on the Navruz holiday to Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
"I warmly congratulate you with Navruz - the time when nature revives, hopes wake up and our brotherhood strengthens," the text of the congratulatory message reads. - "Throughout history, Navruz has always portrayed the idea of people living in harmony with nature. Along with the rebirth and revival, Navruz is the symbol of kindness, tolerance, and solidarity. This year we meet Navruz in sadness, as we continue to heal the wounds of the two earthquakes that struck Kahramanmarash on February 6, 2023."
Mevlut Cavusoglu noted that this beautiful day, celebrated as a harbinger of spring, is also a time when feelings of unity, brotherhood, and solidarity are heightened.
"I would like to express my gratitude that after the tragic earthquake you gave us the opportunity to deeply feel these high feelings symbolized by Navruz. I take this opportunity to wish our countries and the entire world peace, tranquility, and prosperity, and to you and the brotherly people of Tatarstan, I wish health, happiness and well-being," the text reads.
