Deputy Foreign Minister of Sudan: the country's private sector is interested in the Russian Sputnik V vaccine

Sudan's private sector is interested in cooperating with Russia and obtaining the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, Mohammad Sharif, deputy foreign minister of Sudan, said at an online press conference on Wednesday.


"Our private sector in Sudan is interested in cooperating with the Russian medical authorities and, in particular, in getting the Russian Sputnik V vaccine," he said.


He said Sudan is taking advantage of Russia's experience in combating the pandemic. "There is a wide field for the development of cooperation in this sphere between our countries," the deputy foreign minister added.
