Nations across Asia and the Middle East are demonstrating significant interest in Russian investment projects, including those in the Arctic, according to Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian President's Special Representative for International Investment Cooperation and Head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
"We are observing substantial interest in investments toward Russian projects, including in the Arctic," Dmitriev told journalists. "This interest is coming from Asian partners, as well as from partners in the Middle East. The Russian Direct Investment Fund is actively investing in various projects, including technology ventures."
