Iranian and Russian military marine exercises in the northern part of the Indian Ocean will begin on February 16. This was reported on Monday by the press service of the army of the republic.
"Iran and Russia's Marine Security Belt exercises will begin tomorrow in the northern Indian Ocean," the report said.
Joint naval exercises of Iran, Russia and China in the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Oman took place in late December 2019. The maneuvers lasted four days.
