Russia is in constant contact with Pakistan over possible supplies of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, and Moscow hopes that Islamabad will buy a batch of Russian vaccine, Zamir Kabulov, the Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asia Department, told RIA Novosti.

"We are in constant contact with Pakistani partners who have shown interest in Russian Sputnik V, as well as other vaccines from foreign manufacturers. We hope that Islamabad will eventually choose to buy a batch of this vaccine," Kabulov said.
