More than 48,300 Palestinians have been killed in military operations in the Gaza Strip since October 2023, according to the enclave's Health Ministry.
“The number of casualties from Israeli actions since October 2023 has risen to 48,319, with another 111,749 people injured,” stated an official document published on the ministry's Telegram channel. The Gaza Health Ministry also reported that in the last 24 hours, medical teams recovered 22 bodies from the rubble, while 16 injured individuals were admitted to hospitals.
