Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian sent his congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Day, expressing hope for deeper cooperation between the two countries.
"I am confident that the partnership between Iran and Russia will continue to grow both regionally and internationally, bringing tangible benefits to our peoples," the message reads, as published on the official website of the Iranian presidency.
Pezeshkian also noted that the relationship between Tehran and Moscow has reached a strategic level and continues to strengthen.
