Israeli army special forces are currently conducting in a preemptive operation within the West Bank city of Nablus. According to reports from the WAFA news agency, the Israeli military has established a blockade in the vicinity of Joseph's Tomb to enhance security in anticipation of an upcoming action by extremist Jewish settlers.

Local Arabs tried to impede the Israeli security forces, leading to the use of tear gas grenades in response. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, around 70 individuals were subsequently hospitalized due to symptoms of suffocation.

Al-Mayadeen reported that the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the paramilitary wing of the Palestinian Fatah movement, engaged in clashes with the Israeli military in the eastern part of the city and set fire to one of the bulldozers. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries. The TV channel further indicated that the Israeli army command is swiftly dispatching reinforcements to Nablus.
