Japarov signed a decree appointing Maripov as Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has signed a decree appointing the former head of the Accounts Chamber, Ulukbek Maripov, as the Prime Minister of the country, the press service of the head of state told RIA Novosti.


"President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Ulukbek Asamidinovich Maripov as Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 84 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic," said a representative of the press service.


Also, according to the presidential office, Japarov approved the composition and structure of the new cabinet.


Earlier on Wednesday, Maripov's candidacy to head the cabinet was approved by the country's parliament.
