Moscow has not yet received any requests for assistance from Kabul following the devastating earthquake in Afghanistan. However, the Russian Federation is prepared to consider and respond to such an appeal. This statement was made by Zamir Kabulov, the Russian President's Special Representative for Afghanistan, Director of the Foreign Ministry's Second Asia Department, in an interview with TASS.
"No, they have not made any appeals," - he responded to the question. - "Our embassy is closely monitoring the situation. If an appeal is made, we will report it to our country's leadership, and they will make a decision accordingly."
