Kazakhstan and Russia Acknowledge Strengthening Allied Relations

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu and Russian Ambassador to the Republic Alexei Borodavkin convened for a meeting where they highlighted the significant progress in the development and consolidation of allied relations. The Russian embassy in Astana reported the outcomes of the meeting.

 

"The meeting encompassed a review of the key outcomes of Russia-Kazakhstan cooperation in 2023, emphasizing the remarkable momentum in the development and reinforcement of our allied relations and integration bonds. Plans for the current year were delineated, and discussions centered on the implementation of agreements forged during bilateral summits," the report stated.

 

Furthermore, the parties engaged in dialogue regarding pertinent matters on the international and regional agenda, exchanging viewpoints on various topics.
