Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will attend the Caspian Summit in Ashgabat. The President's press service said on Monday.
"On 29 June, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will attend the sixth Caspian Summit to be held in the city of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan," the text says.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the leaders of the five countries - Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan - would confirm the importance of the convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea at a summit in Ashgabat on June 29.
