King Mohammed VI of Morocco holds in high esteem the established relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita during a press conference following talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“We confirmed the strategic partnership that unites our countries. This reflects the position of the King of Morocco, who values these relations and also cherishes the relationship he maintains with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin,” stated the Moroccan minister.
“Our countries are bound by truly fruitful relations. Next year will mark ten years since the signing of the declaration on enhanced strategic partnership,” he noted. “This will be an excellent opportunity to commemorate the signing of this document and several others that were finalized during the Moroccan monarch's visit at that time.”
