They serve as a reliable foundation for the strengthening of good-neighborly relations and joint prosperity," Lavrov said.
According to the Russian Minister, during 29 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Kazakhstan "large-scale steps have been taken to build a modern model of interstate communication". "Now it is not only fully based on universally recognized norms of international law, but also takes into account the current geopolitical realities," he added. - "The partnership of our countries is based on cherished traditions of friendship, mutual assistance and understanding.
