Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with Bahrain's Foreign Minister Abdel Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani in Sochi, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
"The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Bahrain Abdel Latif Al Zayani," the statement on the Russian Foreign Ministry's Telegram channel said. The post was accompanied by a photo showing Lavrov and his Bahraini counterpart shaking hands.
On September 11, Sochi is hosting the eighth round of the Russia-Gulf Cooperation Council strategic dialogue at the level of foreign ministers.
