Russia appreciates Sudan's constructive and balanced position on Ukraine and values its principled approach during relevant votes at the United Nations. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a joint press conference following talks with his Sudanese counterpart.
“I once again expressed our satisfaction with Sudan's balanced and constructive stance on the situation in and around Ukraine. We value this position, which is demonstrated through principled approaches during voting on relevant resolutions at the UN General Assembly,” Lavrov said.
