Media: Saudi Arabia raised prices for August oil supplies to Asia

Saudi Arabia's national oil company Saudi Aramco, the world's largest producer and reserves company, raised delivery prices for all grades of its oil for customers in the Asian market for August. The news was reported on Tuesday by Bloomberg news agency.


According to its data, Saudi Aramco raised the price of Arab Light grade for the region by $2 and 80 cents. Thus, the premium to this grade will be $9.3 per barrel, coming close to the record high of $9.35 per barrel in May.


Saudi Arabia builds its delivery schedule based on consumer requests at the beginning of each month.
