A meeting of Secretaries of the Collective Security Councils of Central Asia, Pakistan, India and China on the problems of Afghanistan will take place in Moscow next week, Russian President's Special Representative for Afghanistan and Director of the Foreign Ministry's Second Asia Department Zamir Kabulov told TASS on Friday.
"Yes, it's true," Kabulov said, answering a related question. - "The composition of participants is regional, the secretaries of the councils of regional states are invited - the Central Asian partners, as well as Pakistan, India, and China."
On May 27, the fourth round of multilateral consultations of secretaries of security councils on the Afghan problem was held in Dushanbe.
