New Senegalese Ambassador Presents Copies of Credentials to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister

Senegal’s newly appointed ambassador to Russia, Stéphane Sylvène Sambou, has presented copies of his credentials to Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa. The meeting took place at the Russian Foreign Ministry.

 

According to the official statement, the two diplomats discussed ways to strengthen the traditionally friendly ties between Russia and Senegal, focusing on expanding cooperation in trade, science and technology, culture, and other areas.

 

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying political dialogue and enhancing coordination in international affairs, the ministry noted.
