Patrushev: external players are trying to redistribute Africa

24 April 2019

External players are trying to redistribute Africa without taking into account the will of the Africans themselves. Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev declared about it, speaking at the VIII Moscow Conference on International Security.

“The growth of instability is observed in Africa, where a new round of struggle for its natural resources flares up. At the same time, we often see attempts by non-regional players to redistribute the continent without taking into account the will of the Africans themselves”, he claimed, in particular.
