Russian President Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting of the Council on Interethnic Relations, as announced by his press secretary, Dmitry Peskov.
"One of the president's key events will be the Council on Interethnic Relations. It will be a large event with many council participants. The agenda will include a review of the implementation results of Russia's State National Policy Strategy for 2012-2025 and the preparation of a new strategy for the period up to 2036," Peskov stated during a briefing.
The Kremlin spokesman described the president's schedule as "quite busy." Putin is expected to deliver opening remarks at the council meeting, with numerous other participants also slated to speak. Peskov clarified that the event would be fully open to media coverage.
Previous sessions of the council have addressed topics such as the advantages of Russia's modern model of state national policy, the integration of Donbas and Novorossiya into the country's socio-cultural space, and adjustments to the national policy strategy in the context of external challenges and threats.
