Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, on May 28 to discuss the development of bilateral relations across various sectors, including political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation, according to the Kremlin press service.
Al-Alimi will be in Russia on an official visit.
“The talks will focus on prospects for developing Russia-Yemen relations in the political, trade and economic, and humanitarian fields, as well as current issues on the regional agenda,” the Kremlin said in its statement.
