Tajikistan is prepared to deepen cooperation and coordination with all partners to address security threats in Central Asia, President Emomali Rahmon said at the “Central Asia–China” summit held in Astana.
“To achieve our shared goals for peace and development, it’s more important than ever that we strengthen regional security efforts,” Rahmon stated. “With this in mind, Tajikistan is ready to further enhance contacts and coordination with all sides in tackling threats such as terrorism, extremism, radicalism in all its forms, cyber threats, drug trafficking, and other types of cross-border crime.”
