Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko held high-level talks in Abu Dhabi with Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, UAE's Assistant Minister for Political Affairs. The two diplomats discussed developments in the Middle East and relations with the EU and NATO, according to Russia’s Foreign Ministry.
The meeting covered pressing global issues, with a special focus on the security architecture in Eurasia, emphasizing organizations like SCO, CSTO, CIS, ASEAN, and the GCC, as part of the emerging multipolar world order.
They also addressed relations with Western institutions, including the EU, NATO, and the Council of Europe. Additionally, both sides exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, Syria, and other regional matters.
The diplomats agreed to maintain ongoing political dialogue on a broad range of international issues, reaffirming their commitment to further engagement.
