The scope of the agreement extends beyond technical construction to include professional workforce training, public awareness campaigns about modern nuclear technologies, and the strategic planning of a future "nuclear city" to support the plant’s personnel and infrastructure. The signing underscores a multi-dimensional partnership, reflecting how the nuclear industry serves as a catalyst for growth across various sectors of public life and the national economy.
