Russian Ambassador to Kabul Dmitry Zhirnov will attend the ceremony announcing the new Afghan government, Zamir Kabulov, Russian President's special envoy to Afghanistan and director of the Second Asia department of the Foreign Ministry, told TASS on Tuesday.
"We have received an invitation. The ambassador will be there," he said.
The diplomat added that he had no information about the exact date of the ceremony.
