A large-scale Russian-Afghan business forum is set to take place in Kazan this May, according to Zamir Kabulov, Special Representative of the Russian President for Afghanistan and Advisor to the Russian Foreign Minister.
“The forum will be held in mid-May on the sidelines of KazanForum. On the Russian side, the event will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk. The Afghan delegation will include high-level government and business representatives,” Kabulov said during an appearance on “Solovyov Live.”
He emphasized that both sides are preparing for significant participation, and the event is expected to serve as a meaningful platform for expanding economic cooperation between Russia and Afghanistan.
