The Libyan authorities are determined to foster robust relations with Russia and have not allowed the Ukrainian issue to become an obstacle, even in the domain of military-technical cooperation, according to Russian Ambassador to Libya Aidar Aganin in an interview with TASS.
"The Ukrainian crisis is often misunderstood due to a lack of accurate information about its root causes. This misinformation can lead to oversimplified perspectives. However, what matters most, in my view, is that the Ukrainian issue does not hinder the development of our comprehensive relations, including in the field of military-technical cooperation," stated Aganin.
