Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin met with Nugroho Budi, Head of Indonesia's National Cybersecurity and Cryptography Agency, to discuss cooperation in international information security, according to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry.
During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on bilateral and regional cooperation in international information security that are of mutual interest. Particular attention was paid to collaboration on this issue within the context of the agreement to establish a permanent Global Mechanism for International Information Security, as well as within the framework of the International Telecommunication Union.
