Earlier, Zabihullah Mujahid, deputy minister of culture and information in the Taliban government (the Taliban is banned in Russia), said security forces killed three militants who attacked a hotel in Kabul on Monday. A Taliban spokesman said all the hotel guests and foreigners were rescued, while two foreigners were injured when falling from a height.
